When someone tries to TP to someone that's in their base, so is not allowed because they're not authed, "TPTargetBuildingBlocked" as an error is displayed instead of the lang file entry for TPTargetBuildingBlocked which is "You can't teleport in a building blocked zone!". The error also doesn't use the icon set in config.
