Would it be possible to add an option friends?
I would like to remove the validation of the TP for those who are registered as friends.
A simple /tpr BOB, without BOB being forced to type /tpa.

Maybe not (only) as friends, but a switch to enable it for clanmates as well, and maybe better a permission...

Are you talking about integration with the FriendsAPI ?

and/or with Clans

When someone does /tpr <name> it should check:
1. if this person has the right permission
2. check if the person that he wants to TP to is in his clan

then, it just TP's him instead of asking for permission (/tpa) first

Yes it would be possible to be TP on his friends or his clan members without the target must accept the TP.

 I could try to look at it, but somehow I will need to check whether those plugins are present and enabled
