So i installed a new server only with 3 plugins

nteleportation 
playeradministration 
permissionsmanager

I added only to TPR dailylimit cooldown and countdown.

the cooldown and countdown works perfect.

when a vip player with permission: nteleportation.vipone is tpr to a normal player it show that he have left daily limits 49 but when a normal players is tpr to a vip player it show 98 left daily limits its.
