I modified mine but it would be interesting for everyone.
As it already exists in TPR, create for home and town.

In the config (home) add:

"Allow Home TPB": false,​

and (town):

"Allow Town TPB": true,

I think it is interesting because as you have the option to block TP from safezones, if a person goes by teleport it would be interesting to be able to return the same way.
