it's /bandit or /outpost

you need to have the permissions granted:
  • o.grant group default nteleportation.tptown - /town
  • o.grant group default nteleportation.tpoutpost - /outpost
  • o.grant group default nteleportation.tpbandit - /bandit
Town would be a custom location you can set with /town set
