i dont know the command to make it so other people that are not admins can tp

• o.grant group default netelportation.home - Allows /home add base1  and /removehome
• o.grant group default netelportation.tpr - Allows TelePort Requests from players to other players. /tpa accepts it.
• o.grant group default netelportation.tpoutpost - Allows /outpost to tp to outpost
• o.grant group default netelportation.tpbandit - Allows /bandit to tp to bandit
