Players on my server are having an issue where they try to teleport to a home they have teleported to many times before and it suddenly says it's not on a foundation or owned and gets wiped from their data. Is there a fix for this in the settings that I am not seeing?

the plugin must be fixed for that. did you update? I attempted to fix it last update

Yes I have the latest update. It happened again today. I've even required strict foundation checks as well.
