*Title should read: TPTargetBuildingBlocked*

Morning all,

I've come across an issue I've never experienced before. 

Foundations without a tool cupboard appear to be creating a form of Building Block.
When attempting to accept a TP from a player whilst I am stood on the foundation without a TC I receive the following error: 



This does appear to be an issue with the NTeleport Plugin itself as I removed all but this plugin and the issue persists. I've been through the config file all but a million times without success.

Has anyone come across this issue before?
