If you place a foundation on an Iceburg/ iceshelf/ river
you cannot set a home, becasue there is "water" under it..., would it be possible to tighten up the requrients to allow such situations to not be registerd as " over water"

Yep I know i can set the flag " over water", but that opens up cases i'd like to exclude....
