Players are still ending up under the map and losing loot.

These aren't players that are teleporting from cargo or sea areas either.

Which command has this issue?

You need to as Admin remove all homes and have them set new ones, I have had this happen to me after a wipe and town or bandid wasnt changed. Make sure to go and set a new location for town and bandit, and have them set new home spots.

Turn out they used /tpr (PLAYERNAME

`Wipe On Upgrade Or Change` should be `true` to avoid that from happening

I've added protection for this in the next update 1.2.4 as some servers do not wipe their homes when required
