If there are multiple people on with the same name, can we add something that we could specify which one we'd like to go to?
Or make it to where it goes to one of them randomly, I have a plugin that creates a problem and causes mulitple names of the same person to be in the server, and we can't figure out why.

The problem is the NoSleepers plugin, but I need to have it for my server

Nivex, can you add a config option to disable checking for offline players with the /tp <playername> command?

how do I teleport to a player if there are several players with similar nicknames, for example, there is a player "cat" and " Lazycat "how do I teleport to a player"cat"? When I write /tp cat-me writes that found several players.

with steamID is impossible to get problems.
each steam have your ID. If you have error, probrably you are using the wrong number.

you can use this https://steamid.io/ or https://steamidfinder.com/
you just have to put the profile link and use steamID64

also, you can do what I do:

I go to the rust installation folder, cfg folder, make a backup or copy from "keys_default.cfg" and add some binds there!

For exemple:

bind o chat.say "/tpr DemonBlade"\
bind p chat.say "/tpr 76561198093483350"\

obs: I dont know the person above, it was totally random. The 2 lines make the same action.
obs2: yes, have to put the bar in end of line.

Always I open the game, I just go to "Options" and "Controls" and click in button "Reset to default" to make binds work again. If you dont do this, you will send a chat like this: "/tpr

For example, if I have two clients on my server with the name rex and rexy

if I try to /tp "rex"

It will say there are multiple matches. I can't find a way to teleport to just rex

can u add a feature for multiple playernames

if mutliple playernames are found... give the player an option to teleport to the correct person
like choose #1 for 1. mutliple name, #2 for the 2nd mutliple name

or do it in console F1 output for players
then can choose the 1 or 2 for correct person to teleport
