the player dies when he does TP with garbage heaps

Was not able to reproduce this issue. I've teleported from boats, on top of barrels, and on top of garbage heaps without error.

Regardless, I've updated teleport to use code from IPlayer.Teleport, which has also resolved the issue when teleporting while mounted.

This will be released in the next update, 1.0.87
