I always delete all NTeleporation data files when I wipe the map, yet people were able to spawn in the air and under the map. How come it remembers the locations from last wipe? I thought it should just say "no location set" or something?

No thats not whats happening. I deleted the outpost and bandit data and wiped the server and restarted it but it would then remember the locations somehow

Generally if you delete a plugin's file from the data folder while the plugin is still running it will recreate the file when unloading the plugin.

Yeah I know, I stop the server, then I delete all the data files, server files and change the seed before starting it back up.
That's how I always wipe. All home locations etc also got deleted so it wouldn't make sense why the outpost and bandit locations get remembered and spawn you under the world.
