Could you possible add a configurable cooldown/max number of requests option to /tpr? It's a known bug that players abuse /tpr with a bind to flood the screen of the person receiving the request.

I agree it would be an added advantage to this great plugin, i have (in the past) had a pest continually request a tp even though they have been given a reason for the refusal
