Last time I looked, it appears that the center of this monument is out in the water somewhere. In any case, checking for proximity will have to be improved for them. I will probably just manually set the size to 150-200m or so.

This should be fixed in 1.0.85. In this version, I set default larger sizes for the oil rigs since their alleged center is in the water away from the monument.
