Allow Cave is set to false but players are still able to set a home in a cave and teleport to and from as well as TPR. All cave distance allowances are default.

Same here, ppl still can tp to caves somehow.... they've found a way...

Not able to reproduce this bug without more details.

Is this a normal map or custom?
Are the caves identified as monuments on your server?
Does increasing the CaveDistance in config make a difference?
