Is there an error in my Config? I have set "ForceOnTopOfFoundation": false

Your config looks correct.  It is working for me.  But, does it work for the building owner or the player who set the TC or not at all?

Hi It is not working for both parties. I did a reload and also a server restart.

This are my settings, not sure why players can only TPR to player on foundation/ground floor only. I've set forceontopfoundation to FALSE.

Also did a clean install and reload, server restart too.

Please help.

It says "You can't accept a teleport while you're on a ceiling, get to ground level!"
