I have done plugin refresh and everything and i have deleted all teleport configs re downloaded em but it says when trying to set home you've reached maximun amount of homes -1 plz help

There are a few NTeleportation???.json files in your data folder.  NTeleportationHome.json should have your home settings.  Careful editing there but you could probably just delete it if you must.
