Why not delete all NonWorking - PlugINs ! Its annoying, if User are the (Beta)Tester for Developers :(

If we deleted all of the plugins that you seem to have issues with, there'd be none left. ;) This plugin works fine for quite a number of people... If permissions are not found, then you do not have the plugin loaded.

this is not true, because many user like https://umod.org/community/no-fuel-requirements/8698-not-working-fuel-still-being-used has same problem and all users are idiots and there dont load the plugin ? ;)

Did you read my post in its entirety? The permissions have to be enabled via the config. A plugin not loading is a very common issue for many, where they assume it is loaded rather than verifying.

if u have "Require permission to ignore fuel consumption": true, or "Require permission to ignore fuel consumption": false,
always same error in serverconsole, if u want set a permission :)
