Raid/Combat block not triggering for Oil Rig

Is there a way to possibly get teh no escape to trigger while on events/monuments. Ex) Oilrig, cargo ship etc

We just tested it with large and small oil rig and it does not trigger. Then they are able to trade back and forth. Yet if they are in a fire fight or raid (cause dmg), it triggers the raid/combat block and no trading for them.

Depends on how you want it to trigger.  Many of the triggers do not consider position.  The zone integration does, is that what you're using?
