uMod - Can't get combatblock to initiate no matter what - No Escape

I have messed with this in my server for a few days now, and i cannot get the combat block to initiate, i have tried messing with some settings and cant seem to make it work, please help.

here are my current settings.

im not really understanding what you're saying, thats for raid block isnt it? the raid block works as it should, the combatblock dosent work at all

The posted configuration is invalid, so that would explain why changes being made to the configuration file aren't taking affect.

This plugin requires permissions and cannot be used without assigning permissions to the players who are to be blocked. For example..

o.grant group default noescape.raid.tpblock

Yes, i granted all of those permissions to the effected users, still nothing

I'm able to initiate both raid blocking and combat blocking on myself with your configuration. I need more detail about what behavior you're expecting compared to what you're testing.

So, when testing raiding, and combatblocking, nothing happens, no timer comes up, nothing at all

Given the information provided this is not an issue. As I said I am able to initiate both raid and combat blocking with your configuration.

do you know of any other plugins that could possibly disturb this?
