Hi,

was testing this in an attempt to block bgrade use when someone is doing raidable bases. I can get it to activate, but if I place down foundation and move to it quickly and right click with hammer, I can upgrade it and after that bgrade takes ower and I can change all walls and foundations to wood, if I aim at it a bit slow then it will block the upgrade and and shows that it is blocked.
