Raidable Bases support not workingSolved
Raidable bases creates "zones" so NoEscape uses those similar to how the integration with ZoneManager works.
Thanks for the quick response.

And alright. That makes sense, but I'm not sure what I can do with the information.

It's my understanding Raidable Bases created a hook and you added support for it. Is there something not working on the Raidable Bases side?

I'm just trying to avoid players 'testing' bases by shooting them to see if they are admin/raidable bases or not.
In other words, whether or not your blocked has to do with your position (and if there is a "Raidable Zone"), like the ZoneManager integration. Not whether or not you're hitting the base.
Ok, confirming I understand.
  1. You're saying raid blocking happens if you're within the 'zone' of the base
  2. You're saying No Escape uses the 'zones' around its bases just as it uses 'zones' around other bases.
  3. You're saying maybe I was not within the 'zone' of the Raidable Base when testing.
I just tested again.
  • For a Raidable Base, I got right up to it with an AK and shot, not using noclip. Nothing happened.
  • For a non-Raidable Base, I noclipped into the air about 100-150m away, shot it and I got raid blocked with one bullet.
So if I understood you, that confuses me.

nivex seemed to think the issue might be due to Raidable Bases not having an ownerid. Is it possibly related to that? I'm guessing No Escape uses the ownerid to understand who to block and whether the attacker is actually attacking a base that isn't their own.

In the end, I'm still just trying to figure out if the integration you added isn't working or if I should talk to nivex because something needs to be done on his side.

Thanks for your patience and quick responses.
Also, Raidable Bases have no OwnerID.

Do you think this might be the issue? I assume that No Escape requires an OwnerID to work properly.
Yes, but you can configure "blockUnowned" to "true"

Perfect! That did it! I didn't even know that setting was tucked down in there :)

Thanks for your help.
