It appears that Raidable Bases removes the OwnerID which I assume is why the bases it plants do not seem to work with No Escape. I would very much like them to.
nivex states: "Raid bases do not have a ownerid so that may be why. You'll need to ask the NoEscape author. He'll likely need to use EventTerritory API in RB."
Would you be able to add support for Raidable Bases so that the bases it places are subject to the raid blocking in No Escape?
