Many times clans will attack solo players and they are disadvantaged.  Regardless, owners should have certain privileges in defending their homes (IMO). I would like to allow the owner to be blocked from using some items, but not all so they have 'some' advantage over the raiders, but not too many.

For instance, the owner might be without the ability to trade, teleport, use bgrade or kits/shop (items outside their base), but they could craft items, use the removal tool, repair their base or build. The raider wouldn't be able to do any of those things. 

It would be great to have owner block settings and raider block settings separated. I guess friends/clan would take on the blocks of their relation to owner/raider
