The same way PreventLooting does it. You can set it to "use zone manager" and then set the zone ID. And then you tell it wether those zones are inclusion zones or exclusion zones.
Basically I want a zone where no durability is OFF (if you have the permission for it).

}I would literally donate to you to make this change. It would be that important to my server (we have certain players with no durability permissions, but we also have PVP areas, they have discovered that one jackhammer with no durability can tear down and entire armored base. Or explosive ammo and any gun etc.)
