is there a wat to make night vision not so bright ?

it's possible to added this in the next update please?

I can add an extra config option to change the date and time when night vision is active. Right now it is set to a bright sunny day and the time is locked to 12:00 PM.

is it possible to make sure that each player can define their schedule?

Added a new config option to specify a global date and time when night vision is active. Also, added allowing a player to specify their own time with /nv <time: 0-24>.
