Is it possible to make it so when you are underground it's still light?
For example in caves, pipes around monuments and military tunnels

Sorry I don't think its possible. I'll look into it but all the mod does is lock your time to day. So if caves, tunnels, etc are dark during normal day time they will still be dark with night vision mod enabled.
