the npcs wont use the weapons i give them or wear the new armor?

unless betternpc is overriding the settings of the spawns kits work as intended (allso need kits plugin installed)

so i have a kits mod installed, how would i stop the override? i legit only have one kit in the config? but my guys dont wear the armor or anything
