I have custom placements made by me for Oxum's gas station and I use XDQuests.  None of the building components are being insterted into the monuments.   I did recently convert my server to a Linux server so I don't know if that could be contributing to that sonce other admins I know who are using windows are not having any problems.

If addons are not being spawned, probably Monument Finder does not recognize the monument. Please refer to Monument Finder documentation and commands to troubleshoot.

The map I am using is a procedural map that I loaded into rust edit in order to add a prefab for my traders. Since the map was ran through rust edit, is that going to cause an issue with the automatic placements?

Not that I know of.
