Added Neon signs to my Outpost and ever reset the signs dont save any fixes or ways to solve issue ? Much thanks!

Are you manually painting on them or using Sign Artist? MA only supports saving sil parameters, not the full sign contents. Any edits you make directly to the signs will be lost when the plugin respawns the signs.

I am using MA for these, much appreciated, was using the neon signs as a easier way to make worded neon signs messages

If you place a sign with MA, then set an image on that sign with the Sign Artist plugin, MA will detect and save the URL that you provided, in order to redownload and reapply the same image later when MA respawns the sign. This is the recommended way to use signs with MA, and it works with neon signs too.

So for neon signs to manually write a message on the sign it wont save due to the plugin reloading correct ? 

Correct, saving manual edits to the sign is not currently supported by MA.

You could try enabling the entities to persist while the plugin is unloaded. That might work, as Rust will save the sign, may also save the content. Would only save throughout a wipe. If you find any bugs with this approach, I will prioritize fixing it as this is essentially the official way to save entity state throughout a wipe when using this plugin.
