running a small custom map. need to add airwolf but npc vendor does not sell minis and helis

Can you elaborate on what precisely you tried and what you see? For example, share the contents of your profile data file, and explain what "does not sell" means.

If the NPC does not show any option to buy helis, then I'm guessing you spawned the wrong kind of NPC.

If the NPC completes the transaction and says the heli is ready, but the heli does not appear, then either you did not place the actual spawner, or the spawner is too far away from the NPC. When it is close enough, it will show an arrow connecting the vendor and the spawner, when the debug info (/mashow) is active.

the airwolf that spawns in outpost with command, does not sell any airwolf items, by the npc that spawns with it.

It sounds like you are saying that the air wolf npc does not have an associated vending machine. This is a known limitation. It can be resolved in a future update, but nobody has actually asked to do it before since they usually just care about vehicles.
