Basically what the subject says. Is there a way to have the lights turn on and off when the time of day changes?
Also, is anyone aware of street pole entities or something similar? Or of a way to view the potential library of what's available?

There are no street pole entities.
I'm not aware of an up-to-date comprehensive list of spawnable entities.
