i can't use the ladder in outpost it keeps kicking me out of the game

This is the first I've heard of this issue. Many servers are using ladders at outpost. I have played on multiple of those servers and used the ladders without issue.

Is it possible something is different about your server? For example, perhaps you have increased the sensitivity of flyhacking via convars? Maybe you have multiple ladders in the same spot, for instance, if you are using both the OutpostAirwolf and OutpostExtended profiles (you should use only one).

it works fine now, i tried to adjust the ladder positioning and it works after, just wondering, how did other servers manage it to become an invisible ladder in outpost?

Only way to do invisible ladder is to add it as part of the map.
