Can't rotate bandit_conversationalist

I tried to adjust the RotationAngles and reloading and it didn't do anything, even tried the Telekinesis plugin. I was left killing and respawning until I was ok with it.

I can see why rotating with Telekinesis probably wouldn't work with NPCs, but editing and reloading is effectively the same as killing and respawning, so you shouldn't need to resort to killing and respawning, unless you have enabled persistent entities while unloaded.

I do remember that the angle of the NPC requires a bit more offset than what you would expect, so that might be a factor that was contributing to the issue you were seeing.

I will test this when I get home, and I will also look into allowing NPC rotation with Telekinesis.

OK. Just curious. I went crazy with the rotation 180+ on the y axis. I don't have similar problems with things like ladders. I do use PersistEntitiesAfterUnload.
