I was hoping you could please add timers for things like NPC's, Nodes, Loot Containers, Barrels, Trees, and resource pickups? The timers can be set by default in the config located in the data folder. But we can edit them to respawn to what time like. Would be greatly apprecaited.

I'm working on a design for adding spawners to monuments, as opposed to directly spawning entities, which should address some of the use cases you describe.
For example, vehicle spawner, loot spawner, NPC spawner, etc. There's potentially a lot to figure out here, so it will take some time to design and develop it.

I just released v0.11.0 which has support for spawn points. I've tested them with common use cases such as vehicles, nodes, loot containers, barrels and key cards. I haven't tried trees, but those should work too. The spawn point design is based on vanilla, so you can achieve an experience very similar to vanilla.
I suggest getting started by running the mashowvanilla command at some monuments to see precisely how the vanilla spawn points work. Most monuments will have crate/barrel spawns, a few will have keycard spawns, and swamps have nodes and pickups.
