The question, I was wondering if there was an option to add a marquee option into it for the longer messages, or is this not possible?

hi, I was actually referring to the plugin itself if it's possible before it just to the next message.

for example, the slide goes from right to left with the text in it. Once it comes to an end, the timer countdown gets triggered for the next message. 

i had some long typed messages and it popped up in my head, just wondering tho.

Anything moving with the rust ui isn't very pretty. You will just end up seeing a lot of flashing text as it moves and possibly some performance issues on the client. It would require sending many updates to the client per second as we'd have to destroy the previous element and then have it redraw the new one to simulate movement.
