if the first Airdrop comes in,, the panel starts go green,,, but never turn off again

This mod really needs some love. I think this particular issue can be addressed by using a HashSet instead of a List for tracking active airdrops.

Update: It probably needs some cleanup, but I refactored my copy of this plugin a bit and it's been much more reliable ever since.
