My supply signals are no longer spawning instantly as configured. For some reason they are now dropping from planes as regular airdrops, even though I have 'Bypass Spawning Cargo Plane' as true.

hi, this won't work if
1. the item is skinned, and not added to Allow Locking Signals With These Skins
2. another plugin
there should be no other reason this wouldn't work when you throw it.

ok will do more testing, we don't have skins on those so it shouldn't be that
