Haven't been able to get the bradley lockouts to work. None of the bypass permissions are added to any of these uses or groups and no data is being created for the lockouts.

Odd, but lockouts are now working after rebooting the server. For sure didn't work when reloading the mod. Not sure if that needs done every time I make an adjustment in the settings, but seems silly.
