This plugin throws errors every time its used, Bradley doesnt work.. Dodgy dodgy plugin. Why is it allowed to be on uMod when it doesnt even work?

He is saying that it doesn't lock certain loot containers to the player/ clan/ team/ etc with the highest percentage of damage. Bradley and I have heard the Helicopter loot either.

Probably not, but I have some fixes locally that I'll likely push for it soon.
