Although the Loot Bouncer plugin is still working as intended by bouncing loot, players are no longer receiving RP (reward points) for partial looting even though the configuration is correct.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install both the Loot Bouncer and Server Rewards plugins in Rust.
2. Configure both plugins correctly.
3. Start the game and play for some time, looting items from different locations.
4. Check the reward points (RP) in the game and notice that players are not receiving RP for looting when the loot bouncer empties the container. Completely looting a container correctly attributes RP, but no points are given when the container is destroyed by the loot bouncer.
