so this meets hal;f my needs it seems. I want people to clear out trash piles. there are ways to not fully clear out and avoid the slap. Can it be set to make sure a whole trashpile is cleared of all barrels and crates?

I don't understand what you're saying.
1. Cleared out a box at the trashpile. Left barrels = No Slap, trash pile remained
2. Removed 1 thing out of a crate left all barrels= Slapped, Trash pile remained
3. Cleared 1 barrel. left others = No Slap, Trash pile remained
4. Damaged a barrel. = Slapped, trash pile remained
So it doesnt remove trash piles that are only partially looted. and it doesnt even slap the poeple who are only looting the boxes if they clear them out. I want an all or nothing scenario.
If you clear the trashpile no issue. If you only partially raid it and leave crap for the next guy, you get slapped AND the whole trashpile is reset
