you need to run the /refreshall command
Everyone worked just fine on my tests.
I do not understand, in the tests I put a keylock without problems, leaving the led in red, preventing the access of other players.
/refreshall does not solve the problem. What happened on your test? Is the keylock green?

I don't want them to be able to block the large planter and the small planter. That is the problem when in the configuration you put false always blocks the keylock
If I set the property to false, an reload the plugin, I cant even place a lock at all. The way it should be. So not sure whats going on with yours

Works as intended no matter which I settings set to true or false, things lock or dont lock. And are you using the latest version? 1.1.7
I think it is not the plugin, I have the same configuration as you, but I don't know how you can do that. I have created a new rust free server and can still crash it. Could it be a facepunch bug?
Could be as it is working perfectly fine across all of my live and test servers with no issues.
