Have had multiple times that lifesupport has saved a player, but leaves them in a downed state. I have to log on and up them by my use key. Tried tping them, but after they wake up, they're still in a downed state. 

Did this just start happening or was it before the update?

Not sure, i just started using it.

I added code to check for wounded status prior to restoring health. This should solve your problem. Let me know either way.
