is it possible to add automatic replies? 

I'm getting approx 10 times a day questions about the same subjects over and over again. Once they say "admin" "bug" or "glitch", the message gets removed and the user gets notified with a custom message.

What did you want to reply to them with?

For me, it would be an auto-reply with a link towards my ticket system. Schools started again and I have less manpower to take care of and answer people their questions over and over again. ( especially now because I'm moving to a new apartment ).

I have a full ticket system for my game servers but also for my work itself ( game translations ) 

Added a basic auto reply for the next version.
