Calling hook OnIngredientsCollect resulted in a conflict between the following plugins: ItemRetriever - False (Boolean), XPerience (True (Boolean))

Known conflict. I sent a fix to the XPerience dev weeks ago. Waiting for him to release it. You can contact him or me on Discord to get the fix early.

In the meantime, don't use Item Retriever, because it will result in double collection of crafting ingredients.

As already stated, the issue has been fixed in an upcoming release of XPerience. You can get early access to that release via Discord. Specifically, the XPerience plugin has a dedicated Discord which is linked at the top of the XPerience plugin documentation. Once you join that Discord, you can find the beta channel and download 1.7.2.
