You need to wait until after Rust update like it says

It is updated prior to Rust update so it doesnt get broken after Rust update

But if you use now it will break because Rust isnt updated now

The author of plugin is so smart he thinks about us in advance but you are so lazy you dont bother reading the update notes

The poor guy deserves better
