Infopanel is closed when I exit the server and come back in. When I reinstall it, it works.

It must be something in your config settings, Mine is on all the time unless i use the chat command to hide it,
All the panels I want to show have these settings.

Did you check your config with a json validator  https://jsonlint.com/    ?
