I'm using the config in this thread.

I have been using this config for  a long time now and my icons for people are white, there is no bed icon, so you must be using an edited one. and i cannot see it in that thread.

I think you misunderstood me. I don't have this config. I saw this in another server. UI is blurry when pressing tab in this server. I want to do it on my own server. I couldn't find this blurry setting in config.

I just found the icons i wanted from your screen shot, I will give you a copy of my edited (*messages) config with those icons included. you can edit it to suit yourself by comparing it with the original config *but i dont know how to do the flashing on off thing

Pretty sure what you are seeing is Rust, not the plugin.

I did update last version, now if i press tab it will blurry.

It might be possible to do what you want if the InfoPanel is put on a different layer.  I'm not sure there is a layer above the inventory hud, but it's conceivable.  Also, if there is such a layer, it would require this plugin to be modified as there is not (currently) a configuration option to change the layer.
